Chicken Casserole

Yields:
9x13 inch pan
Temperature:
350 degrees
Ingredients:
12 oz wide egg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup (10.5oz)
1 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 cups shredded chicken
1/2 small yellow onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1, 12 oz bag frozen peas and carrots thawed
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Chopped parsley to serve
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 inch pan
Bake at 350 degrees until hot and ready to serve!
