In a large pan, cook the ground beef seasoned with garlic powder until done, drain grease. Add in the tomato sauce, paste, and parsley, and simmer for about an hour.
In a seperate pot, cook the lasagna noodles until al dente.
In a bowl mix together 1 egg with the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
In another bowl, mix together half mozzarella and half marble cheese - or combine as you are assembling the pans.
Once everything is ready, grease your baking dishes.
